Wallace Negão, from Pavuna, is the official ambassador of Rio de Janeiro in Provence! Based in Marseille for the past 10 years, this singer with his unique voice and virtuoso cavaquinho playing has been setting the South of France alight – Parisian parties for a soccer club we can’t even mention, and numerous festivals. Wallace has opened for famous artists such as Ivete Sangalo, Fundo de Quintal, Revelação, Os travessos, Sorriso Maroto, Grupo Pixote, Os Morenos, Sociedade do Samba, Ki Prazer and Asa de Aguia. His electrifying performances and immense talent have enabled him to host numerous Brazilian concerts and festivals in France, Denmark, the Netherlands and Spain. Although a samba specialist, Wallace embodies the diversity of Brazilian culture. Wallace is currently recording his debut album, which will showcase his songwriting talents. The project features international collaborations with producers and musicians from Brazil, France, Canada and the USA.
