Last year at the same time Isabelle, in charge of the Enregado domain, contacted us to participate in the “moments de l’Enregado” – it was the first scene and interview for Pierre Sibille’s album Entre-2-Rives. After a complicated summer fighting against the heat wave to keep her domain alive, Isabelle, who has kept all her enthusiasm intact, invited us for a 100% organic lunch/musical and a concert of Pierre Sibille in duet with Dani Mendez on drums.
We talk about it more and more, the climatic variations, the water pollution and its scarcity in front of the heat wave… it seems to be urgent to return to a healthy agriculture, without pesticides! The newspaper Le Monde has just published a study on the worrying presence of these same pesticides in the tap water of 20% of the households in France… Rainwater all over the world has recently been declared unfit for consumption by the Department of Environmental Sciences in Stockholm… Do we have to wait any longer to take the necessary decisions? From broken promises to the repercussions on people’s health… The agricultural cancer that only concerned farmers and people living near farms will perhaps spread!
Without waiting for political (in)decisions and other recommendations from consulting firms – Eat better ! It’s an obvious way to stay healthy and not dirty our planet.
